Keto/Low Carb Sausage Gravy
Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken bone broth (I used organic chicken broth powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon fennel seeds (or toothpick fennel vitality essential oil)
  • 1 drop Sage Vitality essential oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • dash or two of cracked red pepper
  • sea salt to taste
Instructions
Add beef to hot pan over medium-high heat.  Cook until browned, using a groud beef chopper to break up the meat.  Add all the oils and seasonings.
Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth.  Simmer, breaking down the cream cheese by whipping.
Simmer until sauce is a bit thickened, about 5-10 minutes, stirring often.
Serve over your favorite low carb biscuit recipe.  I have also posted my very favorite one so far....check it out on my blog!
